Albuquerque Little Theater kicks off the return of reside productions with the Summer season Collection

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Little Theater is proud to announce the reopening of Live Theater with its Summer Series. This series of three productions will greet audiences with limited seating.
Local theater starts again with live performances
Ronda Lewis, Director of Resource Development at ALT, shares a look at the series. The three shows in the series include “Barrymore”, “The Belle of Amherst” and “Barefoot in the Park”. All shows are performed Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
“Barrymore” is the portrayal of John Barrymore in a production who jokes with the audience and remembers better times with the legendary actor as he prepares for a comeback performance. “Barrymore” runs from July 8th to 11th.
The Belle of Amherst, starring Ronda Lewis as Emily Dickinson, is based on the life of Dickinson and is set in her home in Amherst, Massachusetts. The production highlights her work to commemorate the encounters of the poet with family, friends and acquaintances. “The Belle of Amherst” runs from July 22nd to 25th.
Join the newlyweds Paul and Corie Bratter as they explore their life together as well as their new apartment after their honeymoon. “Barefoot in the Park” runs from August 19th to 29th.
