New Mexico might be totally reopening, dropping all pandemic restrictions

All businesses can be 100 percent busy and all mass gathering restrictions are gone.

New Mexico will continue to adhere to CDC guidelines on face covering. According to state officials, masks will remain required for unvaccinated individuals, and companies may, at their own discretion, continue to require masks for employees, customers, or visitors, regardless of vaccination status.

According to the state’s vaccine dashboard, 62.1 percent of the eligible population of New Mexico are fully vaccinated. Almost 71 percent of New Mexicans received at least one dose.
