SANTA FE, NM (AP) – The New Mexico Supreme Court has upheld the conviction of a man in the fatal shooting of a police officer in Albuquerque in 2015.

In a unanimous opinion, the state Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed Davon Lymon’s appeals arguments in which he expressed his beliefs of first degree murder, evidence manipulation, forgery, receipt or surrender of a stolen vehicle, and resistance, evasion or obstruction of an official in Question asked.
