ALBUQUERQUE, NM (AP) – Critics of Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller have filed a new ethics complaint alleging the Democrat violated the city’s electoral laws by using a city clerk for campaign purposes.

The complaint filed by supporters of Sheriff Manuel Gonzales’s candidacy also alleges Keller’s re-election campaign illegally accepted entry fees from six non-residents in violation of Albuquerque’s Code of Open and Ethical Elections.
